Payment Terms for Workshops All workshops except the monthly Basic Photoshop Workshop must be paid in full within 48 hours of registration. Monthly Basic Photo Shop Workshops must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the workshop. Payment may be made with credit card over the phone, or by cash, check or credit card in person. Seating will not be reserved for registrants who have not paid. Cancellations received 72 hours in advance of the workshops will be entitled to a 50% refund only. No refunds for cancellations under 72 hours prior to the workshop. Any workshop that is cancelled for any reason by Bella Photo Art & Framing Gallery, LLC, will be refunded at full value, or credit issued that may be used for any product, service or future workshop at the discretion of the registrant. Registrants will be notified within 48 hours of any cancelled workshop. This policy is to insure class sizes are sufficient to pay for the guest instructors expenses. Credit Cards accepted are MasterCard and Visa only.
